How can I help my child(ren) in times of COVID-19?
- Feel, accept, manage: Firstly, we must let ourselves feel all the emotions that come with this situation and try to manage them, while also accepting that there are things we cannot control.

Use self-regulation strategies: Exercise, maintain healthy eating habits and sleeping patterns, pray, practice gratitude, etc.

Explain to your kids what is happening in the world, in a way that suits their age.

Be flexible: We must understand that we are experiencing an extraordinary situation for which no one was prepared.
